Late late
yup I'm late with the blog, well, I didn't upload anything cause it was pretty empty for me lately. Sometimes, nothing happens and so your photography is as empty as my activity was. Hopefully, this end of year gonna bring some fresh news and some awesome things to me.
Kro obviously tired (twas the day after my lil birthday party)
Another place , another time and another pints at the good old smoking fucking dog. Figure out that, PM and I wanted to go to sainté for a photo session and some shopping. Arrived at saint etienne, the weather became crap and ended by huge rain (it was the week end when some cities of my area got flooded by rivers), so we had to find a shelter which was obviously the smoking
After the smoking dog, we went to Uptown (one of the best skate shop here), I tried to take a photo but was quite already boozed .
There they are ! the uptown team .

Had a drink with Nathalie Aka Yolande, I stole this photo cause she didn't want to let me take one.
At the studio, we were having fun with spotlights and so , she is Sarah
Jean Michel took a photo of me aswell with the 85mm
Not at the studio, but at home was speaking to him when I took the shot, kinda like hhow spontaneous this shot is.
On my way home ...
Ah yes, I forgot to say : In december I'll be in Egypt !!! yay

Like a monday afternoon
Spent on washing the car and doin house tasks, how exciting isn't it?
Ok on with the photos as I'm not inspired to talk :)
J'ai trouvé le message décalé, surtout lorsqu'on parle de nouveau 'bretton woods' (lol ) qui devrait faire évoluer le capitalisme vers plus de régulation et d'humanisme (?)
Francois , 1 er test du flash , assurément cramé mais marrant comme rendu.
Notre nouveau Zenith, enfin sainté aura droit à de grands concerts avec des artistes connus !
"C'est notre collègue lui!", le chat de Teznac lorsqu'on est allé faire mon anniv, il nous a tenu compagnie toute la soirée lol. Merci d'être venus les amis, ca m'a fait plaisir :)

25 Ans de Kro
Cela faisait longtemps que j'avais pas pris mon appareil lors d'une soirée, du coup ca été une bonne occaz :)
25 ans de Kro, ptite salle réservée, un ptit buffet très sympa, des amis, une sono et il en fallait pas plus pour passer une bonne soirée !!

Une rentrée bien morose
Certes les rentrées sont jamais bien joyeuses mais vu ce qui m'est arrivé je crois que j'ai eu ma dose de morosité jusqu'à la fin de l'année!
En septembre payes ta crise d'appendicite et évidemment des ptites complications post opératoires (votre narrateur est définitivement quelqu'un de chanceux), donc aprés 15 jours d'hôpital à ne pouvoir rien faire à part dormir (même pas manger) chier et regarder la TV, je suis enfin de retour chez moi! Toutefois, ce passage à l'hopital m'a permis de me rendre compte de plusieurs choses : Notre santé ne tient qu'à un putain de fil, je pensais aussi à tort que l'opération ne me laisserait que des traces que quelques jours mais j'ai tjrs mal en ce moment (comme quoi les séries tv disent n'importe quoi lol), le personnel soignant fait aussi un boulot formidable, que les personnes qui sont touchés par des maladies graves ont un courage que je ne penses pas avoir... Bref, en 15 jours de non activité et coupé du monde, j'ai eu le temps de cogiter et de dormir aussi ;)
Récemment j'ai investi dans un objectif 85mm , il est vraiment pas mal même si je ne l'ai encore bien en main. Voila quelques images prises avec :

Amsterdam
Ahem yes I'm late very late with the blog. Anyway today I'm motivated ! So here are the last shots of my trip to amsterdam, I didn't post all the photos but you can find some on my deviantart account.

A lil break the hardrock café, it's really well placed and you 've got a nice view of the canals there.
Yeah , 10 mm is not for portraiture I know!
It was euro time so the whole city had decoration stuff like that to support the Oranje.
Obviously some tourists who paid for a ride with the yellow bikes, not as fun as a rent of free bikes.

Asian temple, there is a kinda lil chinatown in Amsterdam.
Van Gogh Museum, We didn't go to visit it, way too much people and way too much expansive for 2 buddies like us.
It's a really nice place, everybody comes out even if the weather is not that warm , the city has lots animation during the night. Definitly a nice place to visit
Madame Tussaud , Rock on Freddie !

At Madame Tussaud you can meet Mister Kennedy
or a random old dutch lady
or see the brothers de Boer
or laugh at the face of the poor Ronnie
Or finally meet Charlie
beginning of the Redlight District... I had to put the camera away, didn't want to have troubles with some pimps or some caged beauties.
I'm sure I've forgotten some photos... bah it doesn't matter, you 've got the most important.

Amsterdam Session [part two]
Funny how it reminded me of my first post on blogspot, so here's a pre-post cause as you might know I'm quite a lazy ass :)
So I suppose I'll be fullfilling the post whenever I get the photos ready. Guess what? Most of the photos are downloaded in my computer but I've not been editing them execpt some for my deviantart account.
So I've been to Amsterdam for a 4 days long trip with José aka PM, it was cool to get back there and that time I was less lost than I have been the first time :) , we walked a lot, smoked a lot , walked again and did some photography. Concerning photography I 've been an idiot with my cameras, I 've lent him a 35 mm lens and mostly used the 10-22 instead.. .Silly me. Added to that I've wasted a roll of hp5 when I wanted to switch to some Tri-X 400 (I was pretty happy with that, 36 photos wasted in 2 sec). May you enjoy the photos anyway.... So on with the shoots.

aha This is just a test on PS, fucking huge vignetting it sucks but I somehow liked the composition.
Underexposed ... With my screen calibration it's ok though.
Another place another time, in the train to Paris and then Amsterdam.
Paris , Gare du Nord . We had to wait until the departure to Amsterdam, so we had some beers at the bar. it's such a smart way to kill time.
Arrival at the hotel. pretty good room though we were usually woken up by the housewive at 9h am.
Fist night, first coffee shop. We had a burger at the the Leidseplein burger king and then we went to to see the euro game at the Bulldog. Some Jack Herrer here, pretty good.
Next morning , we went to buy some tickets at the GVB (tramways, cars, mero company) so we went to the Damrak.
A shame I didn't dare to get closer to shoot them.
The Magna Plazza, a commercial center. I thought it was a museum first lol.
The bikes, there are so much and eveywhere that you must have a photo of them if you go there.
Ok enough with blogging. To be continued next time I'm motivated, stay tuned ;)
